Who we are

This website is run by Carpentry & Joinery Conservation Ltd (CJ Conservation), based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. If you have any questions about this notice or your information, email C.J.Conservation@outlook.com or call 07854 573765.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or ask for a garage quote, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number (if you add it), your message and, for quotes, the garage specification you chose.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you, prepare your quotation and, if you go ahead, carry out the work. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to two years, then deleted, unless you become a customer, in which case we keep records for as long as the law requires.

Cookies and Google Analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, this website uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they look at. It does not identify you personally. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email C.J.Conservation@outlook.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
